JOB SUMMARY 
The New Store Opening Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing all marketing execution related to 
new store launches from Kick-off to Post-Opening phases. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring 
action plans to achieve sales and brand awareness goals within the first three months. The role demands 
creativity, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge of local markets to tailor strategies effectively.

KEY RESULT AREA KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR 
KRA 1: Plan & Execute Local Marketing for New Stores 
• Develop and execute SMART localized marketing plans for each store opening (POSM, activation, promotion, and communication plans, partnerships). 
• Ensure all initiatives are executed on-brand, on-time, and within the approved budget. 
• Manage agencies and vendors to deliver high-impact and cost-effective campaigns. 
• Monitor on-ground reality and adjust plans flexibly if local conditions change. 

KRA 2: Coordinate Cross-functional & External Stakeholders 
• Act as key point-of-contact between Marketing, Operations, Finance, SCM, and Construction teams to align NSO timelines.  
• Manage agencies, suppliers, malls, and local authorities to secure approvals and ensure on-ground readiness.  
• Track execution timelines and quickly resolve any on-site issues. 
• Provide regular progress updates and status reports to line manager.

KRA 3: Monitor Results and Drive Continuous Improvement 
• Monitor key KPIs (sales, transactions, traffic, media reach, engagement) during first 90 days. 
• Lead post-opening review to identify learnings, generate insights, and improve future NSO campaigns. 
• Ensure continuous improvement and documentation of best practices.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or activation projects.
Willing to travel frequently across regions for store openings
• Solid knowledge of marketing activation mechanics, store launch operations, and 
vendor coordination. 
• Exposure to planning, execution, and performance review cycle. 
• Understanding of local consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
