Objective: HRBP Supervisor will help to build a good working environment via providing enough manpower supply, providing qualified technical trainings, providing activities that sharpen company‘s core values and recognizing hi-po talents for the entire Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
• Coordinate with TA for store recruitment activities
• Promote company branch to attract talents via various recruitment activities and channels.
• Follow up probation period to integrate new hires with store team until line manager confirm pass probation.
2. Training
• Support HRBP Manager to collect information, identify training needs, prepare annual training plan and provide qualified functional and competency training for store management team.
• Participate in post-training evaluation and monitor the success of training programs.
• Follow-up to identify the training effectiveness and ensure training objectives are met.
3. Talent Development
• Collect and consolidate Performance Management System (PMS) results to support the internal assessment process.
• Facilitate career development by ensuring store teams are aware of internal movement and advancement opportunities.
• Conduct store visits to consult on team leader competencies and performance.
• Support the talent review and succession planning process to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
4. Employee Relations
• Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Cascade all employee engagement programs (annual team building, core values, wellness, inspirational programs, convention, etc.).
• Organize workshops, talk-shows, discussions/dialogues to embed store team on values and orient store team behaviors to demonstrate company core values.
• Provide consultancy to store team on benefits, policies
5. Compensation & Benefits:
• Liaise with the C&B team to provide input on monthly payroll, annual merit increase, 13th salary, personal income tax, C&B policies.
• Guide and advise store managers on compensation-related decisions for new hires, promotions, and adjustments.
KPIs:
• Recruitment supply is met with manpower need.
• Annual Training Need Analysis of the Business Unit is met.
• Employee Relations are achieved with the standard of Jollibee Vietnam on ER criteria in Employee Engagement Survey.
• Disciplinary actions are resolved thoroughly (if have any); ER programs are implemented as planned.
• Staff’s functional and competency capabilities are met with the job requirements Requirements:
• University graduate in HR management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Requirements:
• University graduate in HR management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR field.
• Willingness for travelling across Vietnam.
• Having experience in F&B industry is preferable.
• Proficient in English is a plus.
