POSITION: BRAND & PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST
- Work location: Binh Thanh Dist - HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Marketing Activity Execution & Operational Support
• Execute and support approved brand and product marketing activities with focus on accuracy, timeliness, and procedural compliance.
• Coordinate and follow up on execution tasks, deliverables, and requests from brand and product marketing teams.
• Maintain execution trackers and status updates to ensure visibility of ongoing activities.
2. Data Tracking, Consolidation & Reporting
• Collect, consolidate, and maintain sales, campaign, media, and marketing performance data across categories and sections.
• Prepare, generate, and submit regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal review.
• Verify and reconcile data accuracy across multiple sources prior to reporting.
3. Marketing Paperwork, Contracting & Compliance Management
• Prepare, process, and maintain marketing documentation including contracts, scopes of work, payment terms, purchase requests, invoices, and approval records.
• Coordinate and follow up with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure timely processing and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure completeness, correctness, and audit readiness of all marketing documentation..
4. Marketing Investment Tracking & Financial Reporting Support
• Track and monitor marketing spending, commitments, and payment status against approved budgets.
• Consolidate and report marketing investment data to support ROMI / ROAS evaluation.
• Flag and report variances, risks, or delays related to budgets and payments.
5. File Management, Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Organize, file, and maintain marketing documents, reports, contracts, and records in accordance with company standards.
• Support audits, reviews, and internal inspections by providing required files and data.
• Suggest practical improvements to processes, templates, and tracking tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. Experience
1–3 years of experience in: Marketing operations, Data analytics support, Finance operations, Administrative or specialist roles
Exposure to cross-functional coordination is an advantage.
3. Training / License / Certification
Training in marketing fundamentals, data handling, or office systems is an advantage.
